Kerala government on Monday effected yet another reshuffle in the police force, appointing Director General of Prisons Rishiraj Singh as Excise Commissioner in place of X Anil, who has been transfered.
Additional Director General of Police Anilkant has been appointed as ADGP (prisons), an official release said on Monday.
